Food Allergy & Dietary Information Policy

Elevated Graze | Broomfield, Colorado

Our Commitment

At Elevated Graze, the safety and wellbeing of every guest is our highest priority. We are committed to transparency about the ingredients we use, the environment in which we prepare our products, and the limitations of what we can guarantee. We ask that all clients carefully review this policy before placing an order.

Major Food Allergens

Our products are prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen where the following major food allergens are regularly present and handled:

  • Milk / Dairy

  • Eggs

  • Fish

  • Crustacean Shellfish

  • Tree Nuts (including almonds, walnuts, cashews, and pecans)

  • Peanuts

  • Wheat / Gluten

  • Soy

  • Sesame

At Elevated Graze, the safety and wellbeing of every guest is our highest priority. We are committed to transparency about the ingredients we use, the environment in which we prepare our products, and the limitations of what we can guarantee. We ask that all clients carefully review this policy before placing an order.

Cross-Contact

While we take every reasonable precaution to minimize allergen cross-contact, our kitchen, equipment, preparation surfaces, and serving materials are shared. Elevated Graze cannot guarantee that any menu item, board, or display is completely free of any allergen.

Guests with severe or life-threatening food allergies — including those at risk for anaphylactic reactions — are advised that an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed and are strongly encouraged to consult with their physician before consuming our products. Clients and guests with severe allergies are encouraged to have emergency medication, such as an epinephrine auto-injector, accessible at all times during the event. Elevated Graze staff are not trained medical professionals and are not able to administer medical treatment.

Dietary Accommodations

We are happy to offer the following dietary accommodations whenever possible:

  • Vegetarian

  • Vegan

  • Gluten-Friendly (not gluten-free — prepared in a shared kitchen)

  • Dairy-Free

  • Nut-Friendly (not nut-free — prepared in a shared kitchen)

Availability may vary based on your selected menu, event size, and seasonal ingredient availability. While we make every effort to honor dietary requests, accommodations do not eliminate the risk of allergen cross-contact due to our shared commercial kitchen environment.

Grazing Tables, Boards & Displays

Our grazing tables, charcuterie boards, crudité displays, grazing carts, and individual servings may contain multiple ingredients displayed in close proximity. Separate serving utensils are provided whenever practical; however, cross-contact between items may occur during guest self-service. Elevated Graze is not responsible for cross-contact that occurs after delivery and styling have been completed.

Client Responsibility

You know your guests best — and we rely on you to help us keep them safe. We ask that all clients:

  • Disclose all known food allergies and dietary restrictions at the time of inquiry, using the allergy fields provided in our contact form

  • Notify Elevated Graze of any changes to guest allergies or dietary needs before the event is finalized

  • Communicate relevant allergen information directly to their guests, particularly those with severe or life-threatening allergies

  • Ensure that guests with severe allergies have access to any necessary emergency medication during the event

Elevated Graze is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to disclose allergies prior to the event, or from allergen cross-contact inherent to a shared commercial kitchen and open-display grazing environment.

Food Safety & Compliance

Elevated Graze prepares all products in accordance with Colorado food safety regulations and operates in compliance with Broomfield County Public Health requirements and the Colorado Retail Food Establishment Rules (6 CCR 1010-2). Our team has completed Colorado Food Handler Certification and Food Allergy Essentials training, and we are committed to ongoing education in allergen awareness and cross-contact prevention.

Questions Before You Order

If you have any questions about ingredients, allergens, or dietary accommodations, please contact us before placing your order. We would rather take the time to discuss your event in detail than have a guest caught off guard on the day of your celebration.
