Elevated Graze Booking & Event Policies

Reservation & Payment

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Your reservation is confirmed once your estimate has been accepted and the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due one (1) business day prior to your scheduled delivery or event. Orders not paid in full by the due date may be subject to cancellation.

For weddings, grazing tables, and large-scale catered events, final payment may be required earlier and will be noted on your estimate.

Delivery

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the scheduled delivery time. Complimentary delivery is available within 5 miles of Broomfield, Colorado. Delivery fees for locations outside our complimentary delivery zone will be provided on your estimate.

Changes & Cancellations

Because each order is custom curated and prepared with fresh, perishable ingredients, all deposits are non-refundable.

Changes to guest count, menu selections, or event details should be requested at least 72 hours prior to delivery. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, all requests are subject to product availability and may result in additional charges.

Food Safety

Our grazing boards and displays are prepared fresh for your event. For optimal quality and food safety, we recommend enjoying your selections within four (4) hours of delivery or setup.

Once an order has been delivered and accepted, Elevated Graze is not responsible for food quality or safety resulting from improper storage, handling, or extended time at room temperature.

Unforeseen Circumstances
Elevated Graze is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events. If such circumstances arise, we will work with you to find the best possible solution.

Allergy Notice

Our products are prepared in a commercial kitchen that handles common allergens, including dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, eggs, and gluten.

While we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.

Photography

We love showcasing our work! Unless otherwise requested, Elevated Graze may photograph your grazing display for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. We will never identify private clients or event guests without permission.
